Villas-Boas eager for Mourinho return

Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas believes it would be spectacular if Jose Mourinho returns to the Premier League.

Mourinho hinted that a return to Chelsea could be on the cards after seeing his side, Real Madrid, knocked out of the UEFA Champions League against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
Villas-Boas was part of Mourinho s backroom team at Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan before embarking on his own managerial career in Portugal.
He said: He obviously wants to come back to England, whether he has a club aligned or not, we never know.
It s extremely unlikely when someone makes it that public that something is not set out already but he is a great addition to the Premier League.
He has a wonderful history in this league and I think it will be spectacular to have him back.
Mourinho, who won a series of trophies at Porto, Chelsea and Milan, has found success harder to come by in the Spanish capital.
Villas-Boas said he is still loved by Real Madrid s fans though, and that his effort in the 2011-12 season – leading Real to a league win ahead of Barcelona – is up there with his greatest achievements.
When he left (England) he wasn t that well loved by a few of you guys (the media) and that was something we talked about, he said.
He was loved in all the clubs where he has won titles, in Real Madrid the same. There is maximum respect for what he has achieved, but for it to be at the level of Real Madrid s expectancy, we will never know.
Probably not, but he certainly has won a league against a dream Barcelona team, which is a great achievement.
